We were forced to run the demon carb with out of the box jetting which resulted in very rich AFRs. Unfortunately there was a mis-communication and we didnt not have jets available during the dyno sessions. The engine was run on an engine dyno and tested prior to dropping it into the car. As of the posting the motor has 102 driven miles on it. No expense was spared with the assembly of this motor and I would love to discuss further if there are any questions. A big Indy-headed 440 was originally built for the car but with the intentions to build a pro-touring car, we would like to switch to a simple bolt in Hemi 6.1 crate motor. As it seems to happen with most restorations, the goal for the project slighty changed during restoration and it went from a basic restoration to a pro-touring oriented build. This motor was built for a 73 Cuda restoration project.
